Hayden Farr is a saxophone player, composer, arranger, and cartoon/anime enthusiast. His favorite color is purple and his favorite sax player is Colin Stetson. Hayden has played more than 200 shows and has shredded stages, weddings, fundraisers, and festivals across the nation with his sweaty funk and soul outfit, The Burroughs. Hayden also plays in Trash Cat, a power trio inspired by nerd culture and cartoons, and Young Habitat, a new Colorado duo formed at The Music District. Through his experience as a professional musician, his knowledge of music tech, and his endless enthusiasm, Hayden helps members explore the worlds of live sound, pro gear, and digital audio workstations.

When he’s not performing, you can usually find him in the Media Library at the Music District, helping musicians spark creativity through tech, working out kinks with DAWs, and geeking out about music theory.
