PROJECT TRACTION COLORADO
Project Traction, a mentorship program dedicated to bridging the gender gap in audio production, is teaming up with the Music District to expand to Colorado.
Founded by GRAMMY-nominated musician and producer Jim Eno (Spoon), Project Traction provides mentorship, resources, and studio time to emerging producers.
Greeley-based musician Briana Harris, known for her work with The Burroughs and as a solo artist, joins as the first Colorado producer. Harris has chosen to produce the indie-rock band Barbara from Denver.
The Barbara track "For Good Measure," co-produced by Harris and Eno, will drop May 17.
Applications to participate in the next round of Project Traction open May 17 to Colorado women & gender-expansive musicians/producers.
