Britt Helton is a Fort Collins OG and alumni of the University of Northern Colorado (go Bears!), where she studied Music Education with an emphasis in Instrumental Music. Working as a music educator for 7 years – including 5 spent teaching in the United Arab Emirates – she eventually felt the call to transition into the audio realm.

Snagging a coveted internship at the legendary Blasting Room recording studio, Britt honed her skills as an audio engineer and worked with countless regional and national bands. Currently, she spends her days and evenings full-time in audio, doubling as both a live and studio engineer. Britt regularly runs the soundboard at venues such as The Magic Rat, Washington’s, and the Armory, and is a total ProTools wizard – recording and mixing tracks for some of Colorado’s most exciting emerging artists.

When not in the studio or at a live show, you can find Britt shredding the slopes of Copper Mountain, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or daydreaming about Thai food.
